Availability
I have availability on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays in person or online.
How Long is a Session?
Sessions are 60 minutes total. Comprised of 50 minutes face-to-face and 10 minutes for writing session notes. Longer sessions can be accommodated at 120 minutes total. These sessions include 110 minutes face-to-face and 10 minutes for writing notes.
What are your Rates?
Sessions (Individual or Couples) are rated at $150/hour. Clients will be sent a receipt for services. Sliding scale services may be available.
How do I Book?

Performance Workshops
I offer a number of workshops focused on enhancing mental flexibility and resiliency in high-performance situations (work, athletics, esports, performance art, ect). These workshops typically take place over the course of 6 to 8 weeks and highlight ways to improve your practice, mentality, team dynamics, and resiliency. Workshops can be adjusted to meet the needs of a team, an individual, or a group of individuals. For more information about performance workshops, please contact me.
2SLGBTQIA+ Groups and Workshops
I offer a ~2-hour workshop focused on cultural competency when working with 2SLGBTQIA+ folks. This workshop highlights ongoing issues, modern research, and things that you can do right now to make your practice more inclusive.
